It’s finally September!
Yesterday the sky was dark and gloomy all day and in the evening it was cold enough to need a sweater. On this glorious day of September I found myself thinking of how ready I am for the longer nights and shorter days, the sound of wind blowing through the leaves, getting tucked in bed with a book and a cup of tea, rainy days, autumn décor, long walks when the sun is barely shining and the trees look like they’re on fire, foggy mornings, everything being covered in crunchy leaves, red, yellow and orange ones, in various shades; but mostly I was thinking of how much I long for the homey feeling autumn brings. I can’t wait to feel all the emotions!
